  • By Air: The nearest airport is Lilabari (Assam), about 98 km away. You can hire a taxi from there to Ziro. Guwahati (Assam) is another major airport, approximately 470 km from Ziro, with direct taxis available.
  • By Rail: The nearest railway stations are Naharlagun (100 km) and North Lakhimpur (117 km). Trains from Guwahati to Naharlagun take about 8 hours, and then you can take a taxi to Ziro. Ziro itself does not have a railway station.
  • By Road: Ziro is well-connected by road to nearby cities like Guwahati, Tezpur, Jorhat, and Itanagar. Night buses from Guwahati to Ziro are also available (operated by Arunachal Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation, running four days a week).
